Royalty Home Services provides residential home services including, but not limited to, cleaning, landscaping, repairs, and interior painting. All services are subject to availability and may require an in-person or virtual assessment prior to scheduling.

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of inquiry and are subject to change upon inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon your approval of the completed work.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

You agree to provide our team with safe and reasonable access to your property on the scheduled service date. Royalty Home Services is not liable for delays or inability to complete work due to restricted access.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Royalty Home Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Royalty Home Services does not participate in affiliate marketing programs and does not buy or sell customer leads. All customer relationships are direct and established through our own marketing and referrals.

All content on this website, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of Royalty Home Services and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Royalty Home Services operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
